  2. CLIENT LOGIN - When you use our Platform for verification or other services provided by HOSPL, we will collect login information such as account, username, and/or password in order for you to access your account and avail the requested services.

VERIFICATION SERVICES - For conduct of background reports that may arise during the course of the verification service to any service provider or authorized requestor (more particularly defined in our Terms of Use), HOSPL may collect your information from your current or ex-employer or associated organization including but not limited to your full name, employee ID, employee title, joining date, last working date, date of birth, annual compensation, email address, telephone number, one or more of your ID proofs like passport number, Aadhaar number, PAN number, Driving License and any information contained within any scanned or photographed documentation. HOSPL may also collect references that your current or ex-employer or associated organization may provide, and/or may run a credit check on the user based on the scope of work for verification.
  4. JOB APPLICANTS - When you apply for employment with HOSPL we will collect your name, email address, country of residence , physical address, cell phone number, and any other information you include in your resume.
  5. BILLING INFORMATION - If you purchase our services you may need to provide HOSPL with payment and billing information, such as your billing address, Goods & Service Tax Identification Number.
  6. BLOG, INSIGHTS, NEWSLETTERS - When you subscribe to our communications, we will collect your email address.
  7. INDIRECT INFORMATION - When you visit our Website, we may collect and store general Internet data, such as your domain name, browser type, device, date and time of access, which of our web pages you visited, the referring Uniform Resource Locator (URL). Like location data is used for the purpose of validating the individual's presence at the claimed address.

FOR CONDUCTING SEARCHES ON PUBLICLY AVAILABLE AND PRIVATE DATABASES - We may cross-reference and match the personal information you provide to Us (your name and work history) to other personal information held about you, in accordance with applicable law. The legal basis for this use of your personal information is that processing is necessary for the performance of Our contractual obligation.
  3. FOR ADMINISTERING THE RELATIONSHIP WITH OUR CURRENT AND PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS - We process personal information to administer our relationship with our current and prospective clients.
